Tony and Mark Stevens have over 48 years experience between them and are always on hand to offer advice on how to store and cook your food.
When Smallfield’s only butcher closed in 1998, James Harris looked for suitable premises to open a new, family run local butcher.
James and his son Tony bought a newsagent at 3 Redehall Road in 1998 and spent the next 8 months converting it into a butcher shop.
When James retired in 2007, Tony took over the business and is still running it today.
